The black LOWA Seeker Work LX Pro GTX S3 safety boot features a modern trekking look with the upper made from hydrophobized suede. This natural leather material is naturally robust, breathable, and hardwearing, however, the hydrophobized treatments also make it resilient to damage from prolonged exposure to water. This enhanced resistance effectively protects the boots against water penetration and water absorption, you wearers won't need to worry about remembering to apply waterproofing sprays.

The full padded bellows tongue prevents the penetration of dirt into the boot while collar padding delivers enhanced grip and stability within the boot. Both these features also help to enhance the wearer's comfort and they are not the only features that do so. The Gore-Tex Performance Comfort Lining, for instance, helps to further enhance the wearer's comfort by creating and maintaining the ideal climate for feet within the safety boot. While it effectively prevents wind and water from getting into the LOWA Seeker, the membrane remains breathable so that the wearer's feet don't overheat. The full-length inlay sole is another feature that contributes to the LOWA Seeker's all-around comfort by absorbing and releasing moisture.

While comfort is key, it's not the only thing these safety boots have to offer. Certified to EN ISO 20345 S3 specifications, LOWA Seeker Work LX Pro GTX S3 Safety Boots also offer comprehensive protection. The steel toe cap is capable of withstanding impacts of at least 200 joules and pressure loadings of a minimum of 15 kilonewtons. The penetration resistant textile midsole complies with the necessary standard (EN 12568) by providing additional protections in accordance with EN ISO 20344 / 20345 standards. What's more, unlike steel midsoles that can only afford 85% foot coverage, the protective textile midsole found in the LOWA Seeker Safety Boot offers 100% foot coverage and has the additional benefit of being non-magnetic.

These S3 safety boots also benefit from a high level of slip resistance thanks to the double-density RUBBER/PU LOWA Larrox Work sole with MONOWRAP®-technology. The outsole is antistatic, abrasion-resistant, heat-resistant up to approx. 200°C (and up to 300°C for short periods), and flexible at cold temperatures to approx. -20° C. The midsole, on the other hand, delivers exceptional impact absorption and is yet another contributing factor to the unrivalled comfort that the LOWA Seeker S3 Safety Boot provides.
